São Paulo, is a Brazilian city and state located in the Southeast of Brazil, being considered a financial center of the country. It is among the most populous cities in the world, with diverse cultural institutions and a rich architectural tradition.
When walking around the city, what you see the most are huge buildings, bridges, viaducts, stations (train, bus, subway), squares, among other constructions characteristic of large modern cities.
The city is marked by pollution, especially in the central region where the largest number of people and cars are concentrated (the traffic here is very chaotic!). Despite this, there is the well-known Ibirapuera Park, which has a very lush green area, containing a lake and a water fountain, cultural attractions such as musical shows and a library (which is often the stage for the São Paulo book fair), as well as a planetarium.
Statues and historical monuments spread throughout the city portray part of its creation, and are a relevant tourist attraction.
For Art lovers, the MASP (Museum of Art of São Paulo) is a great choice to visit, especially since it is located on Avenida Paulista, the main and world famous avenue in São Paulo, which is also worth visiting!
A golden tip that I can give to those who are going to visit is: avoid urban traffic as a means of transportation, opt for public transport (preferably the subway for the convenience and comfort offered and also for the price charged), that way, you will perhaps avoid unnecessary stress during the entire trip and be able to enjoy it with more peace of mind.
